Apply using a toothpick.

Use a toothpick to scrape a small amount of wax out of the container.
Dry the area around the tooth using a paper towel.
Press the wax on the tooth and spread to achieve the required coverage. Scrape off parts of wax to achieve a rotten tooth look.
To remove excess wax from other teeth, lick to moisten and scrape off with a toothpick.
