Mehron All-Pro Starblend Theatrical Makeup Kit features StarBlend Makeup which facilitates easy blending and highlighting for special effects makeup. Mehron StarBlend is a high quality, strongly pigmented pressed powder makeup that gives a streak-free, sweat-resistant finish. StarBlend can be used dry or wet, dry for translucent base color and wet for bold colors.
How safe is it?
Mehron products are made in the USA in accordance with strict standards and manufacturing guidelines. They are made with safe, US FDA approved ingredients. Mehron does not test on animals.
Note: As per FDA guidelines, do not use red, yellow or orange makeup near eyes & blue or green near mouth to prevent any issues with staining.
Grease Makeup is difficult to come off than regular face paint and therefore it is only recommended for adults or teens. Not recommended for use on children.

Use a sponge or face paint brush when applying wet.
For durable, sweat-resistant applications, seal with a barrier spray.
Removal
Remove with soap and water.
Removal from fabric
Let the stain dry completely, then brush off.
If the stain remains on carpet or furniture, then use ���Spot Shot��� or a similar product to remove.
If the stain remains on fabric, pre-soak with a suitable cleanser and then remove.
