Global 6 Color Neon Palette comes in a convenient, portable case. Global palettes are easily portable and are ideal for face painters on the go for use during fairs, festivals and other events.
Global Neon Face Paints are made with superior quality color pigments that ensure consistent finish during every use. They blend in very easily and dry quickly. Global Face Paints provide solid coverage that lasts for a long time without cracking or fading.
Neon colors are generally bright but glow intensely under blacklight. Global Neon Colors give sheerer coverage than standard colors.
How safe is it?
Global Body Art Face Paints are made of high quality pigments that are hypoallergenic and free of fragrance. Global Body Art Standard, Metallic & Pearl Colors contain US FDA approved ingredients for cosmetic use and are safe to use on skin. Neon Colors, like neons from other brands, have not been tested by FDA for cosmetic use and has been labeled as safe to use as special FX only. However based on independent lab testings, they have been declared safe to use as a cosmetic.
Note: FDA guidelines do not recommend the use of neon colors near eyes or lips. These colors should not be left on skin for too long.

Recommended Applicators
Apply with a brush or sponge.
Application
Dampen the applicator with a little water.
Rub the water in until desired creamy consistency is reached. Global face paints tend to require more water than other brands.
Apply makeup in even strokes.
Allow the base to dry completely before starting line work.
Removal
Wash off with mild soap and water. Baby wipes can also be used.
Removal from fabric
Avoid contact with fabric, carpet, and upholstery. In the event of an accidental contact, immediately spot treat with baby shampoo, liquid dish soap or cleaners similar to OxyClean. Use a toothbrush to loosen the makeup. DO NOT use water until makeup is fully loosened. Once completely loosened, add a small amount of warm water and wet vacuum or blot the area. Repeat if needed.
To Store
We recommend using the face paint within eighteen months of opening as older face paint is likely to dry out and be less effective.
Cover and store in a clean, dry, dust-free area, away from direct sunlight.
