What does it do? Tinsley 3D Lil Horns Transfers are created using award winning technology developed for television and movie artists. These self blending transfers can be applied to skin without any need for additional adhesives or glues.

How safe is it? Tinsley FX Transfers are latex-free and made in the USA with skin-safe medical grade ingredients. In order to avoid any unforeseen, rare issues with sensitive skin, we recommend a test by applying to the inside of wrist and leaving it on for 30 minutes. Tinsley Transfers uses only FDA approved colorants that meet or exceed the regulatory requirements in the USA and abroad.
FX Transfers are not recommended for use on sensitive skin or too close to eyes. Not recommended for skin that is allergic to any adhesive.
Tinsley FX Transfers are not recommended for children under 14 years.

Peel the plastic with the transfer on it from adhesive paper.
Hold the plastic by the corners. Line it up to the adhesive paper and gently roll down so that the appliance is face down on the paper.
Start from the center and press outwards towards the edges of the paper, gently pushing out any air bubbles.
Using scissors, cut around the pieces to be used.
Application to skin
Clean the skin free of oil, dirt, makeup or hair.
Peel off the plastic and press the exposed side of the transfer firmly on the skin.
Dampen a sponge with water and wet the adhesive paper till it is fully saturated.
Push the adhesive paper once more on to the skin and then slowly peel it away.
Wet your finger and push the transfer on the skin.
Add makeup or blood to the transfer to achieve the desired look.
Removal
Remove any blood or goo using warm water and towel.
Peel and roll the transfer off the skin.
Gently remove the residue by applying baby oil using a cotton ball. Gently rub until completely removed.
