Over a latex appliance use a stipple sponge. Over lipstick, use a brush.
Application
Prior to applying creme foundation to a latex appliance, apply a thin layer of Castor Seal over latex appliance surface and lightly powder it down.
To use as a lip gloss: apply lipstick and set with powder. Brush off excess powder with a tissue, then brush on Castor Seal.
Removal
Remove grease or cream makeup with an oil based remover
